Frustrated with DataChip Interfaces's lack of response

On April 16, 2018, I signed up for DataChip Interfaces's consultation at their Kubstad, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $597.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zachariah J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
