Poor customer service experience with Properties Advisors

On May 21, 1995, I signed up for Properties Advisors's troubleshooting service at their East Judy, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $378.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vivien B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
