On April 16, 2002, I signed up for FreshOutlet's customer support at their Christfurt, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $932.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Felix U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
