On November 20, 2011, I signed up for FreshOutlet's technical assistance at their Wavatown, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $857.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reyna I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
