Poor customer service experience with Best Store Exchange

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2201-XSV-2070 placed with Best Store Exchange on June 11, 2003. I paid $748.54 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erika E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
