Community Ventures Ltd. provided defective product

On June 4, 1999, I signed up for Community Ventures Ltd.'s consultation at their East Guyfort, Maine location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $976.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Idella A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
