I purchased a unit from Premium Residence Regina on May 4, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Wanda L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
