Refund refused by Trade & Center

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1450-FIA-8836 placed with Trade & Center on July 10, 2018. I paid $808.60 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alva F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
