Misleading advertising by Reliable Structures Solutions

On September 16, 2013, I signed up for Reliable Structures Solutions's setup assistance at their West Michaelafurt, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $337.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meaghan F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
