Delayed delivery from Cyber Technologies LLC

On August 10, 2008, I signed up for Cyber Technologies LLC's warranty service at their Kundeport, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $601.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Winfield W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
