Unsatisfactory resolution from Cyber Technologies LLC

On December 14, 2011, I signed up for Cyber Technologies LLC's technical assistance at their New Sydneebury, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $382.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Violet V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
