False promises made by Med Professionals representative

On May 10, 2005, I signed up for Med Professionals's maintenance program at their West Amiraview, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $579.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reynold V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
