Quality issues with AI-Edge LLC product

On September 30, 2007, I signed up for AI-Edge LLC's repair service at their Lake Erinmouth, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $622.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deon C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
