False promises made by TrendyFinds Semarang Holdings representative

On October 26, 1996, I signed up for TrendyFinds Semarang Holdings's troubleshooting service at their North Susie, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $692.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Beaulah S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
