I am writing regarding order #ORD-8836-QXE-3489 placed with Strong Architecture Zaragoza Ltd. on August 7, 1994. I paid $727.94 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Charlene Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
