I am writing regarding order #ORD-5322-TWY-4974 placed with Legal Practice of Reliable on March 6, 2001. I paid $262.42 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Celestino I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
