Unresolved issue with The Horizon Minds product

On July 11, 1985, I signed up for The Horizon Minds's support package at their Port Alexandra, California location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $336.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Catherine A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
