Frustrated with Culinary Co's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9637-YPR-2879 placed with Culinary Co on September 21, 1971. I paid $646.83 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cassandra X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
