Culinary Co refused to address issue

On March 24, 2011, I signed up for Culinary Co's warranty service at their Lake Sonya, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $660.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Korey K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
