I have been a loyal customer of Ultra Studios Yokohama Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3313-BMO-9041) on June 23, 1993, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
