I am writing regarding order #ORD-1282-TMT-4902 placed with Consulting Consultants, Consultants Naples Corp. on October 4, 1987. I paid $912.16 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maggie R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
