Representation Advocates, Advocates provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9289-QNF-3870 placed with Representation Advocates, Advocates on May 28, 2006. I paid $1000.10 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emmitt J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
