Billing dispute with Pioneer Scholars of Growth

On July 1, 2021, I signed up for Pioneer Scholars of Growth's customer support at their Port Richie, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $425.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margot A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
