I have been a loyal customer of Advance Scholars Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-1278-SXG-7336) on July 17, 2011, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
