Refund refused by Attorney Counsel of Premier Ltd.

On December 2, 2003, I signed up for Attorney Counsel of Premier Ltd.'s customer support at their Lake Zanderside, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $695.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rachel F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
