I have been a loyal customer of The First Store International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-9404-NBO-7234) on September 29, 2003, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
