Misleading advertising by Direct Finds Square

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4056-CDB-7769 placed with Direct Finds Square on October 26, 2019. I paid $345.27 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Paxton C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
