I am writing regarding order #ORD-9105-XHS-4332 placed with Integrated Medical Institute LLC on February 21, 1989. I paid $588.52 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Leland U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
