On December 18, 1988, I signed up for Cyber Pulse Kuala Lumpur Holdings's repair service at their Susannaburgh, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $426.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adell E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
