I am writing regarding order #ORD-1413-HNI-3117 placed with The Quality Bazaar on July 7, 2014. I paid $75.37 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fidel C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
