False promises made by Smart Systems representative

On May 14, 1984, I signed up for Smart Systems's upgrade service at their Lake Andreanneville, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $60.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rocky M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
