Frustrated with Kitchen Eateries's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8731-ESY-7058 placed with Kitchen Eateries on August 12, 2007. I paid $66.88 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Deshawn G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
