False promises made by Quality Alliance Querétaro Group representative

On October 22, 2024, I signed up for Quality Alliance Querétaro Group's exchange program at their New Hailee, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $141.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alek K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
