I purchased a gadget from DigitalByte Dynamics on December 22, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Keanu K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
