I have been a loyal customer of DigitalByte Dynamics for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-5717-TPY-2206) on December 10, 2007, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
