I have been a loyal customer of The Gourmet Dining for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2918-IJU-4476) on January 4, 2015, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
