The Gourmet Dining refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7482-IVJ-2143 placed with The Gourmet Dining on September 7, 2020. I paid $235.32 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Itzel W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
