I am writing regarding order #ORD-8378-BND-9602 placed with MegaShop Corp. on February 10, 1999. I paid $130.39 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kane E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
