Warranty claim denied by MegaShop Corp.

On May 11, 1980, I signed up for MegaShop Corp.'s maintenance program at their West Hershel, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $912.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maybell V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
