Unsatisfactory resolution from Data Lab Reims

On September 20, 2005, I signed up for Data Lab Reims's support package at their South Tinachester, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $989.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amy D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
