Unsatisfactory resolution from The Choice Bazaar Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8365-LUJ-3670 placed with The Choice Bazaar Corp. on May 18, 1973. I paid $991.29 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tanner M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
