On March 9, 1993, I signed up for Genius Center of Excellence Dibba Al-Fujairah International's maintenance program at their East Loraberg, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $298.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Estevan S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
