Unresolved issue with Depot Group Kuching product

On July 2, 1989, I signed up for Depot Group Kuching's maintenance program at their South Paolo, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $298.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maximillian F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
