Unresolved issue with Harmony Professionals product

On October 1, 1994, I signed up for Harmony Professionals's troubleshooting service at their Schmidtton, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $633.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jo C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
