I am writing regarding order #ORD-8464-HIG-2435 placed with Harmony Professionals on November 5, 2005. I paid $740.95 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ebony B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
