I want to report a serious concern with Elite Solutions's service that I purchased on September 25, 2011 from your Judgestad, Nebraska store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Felipe G., but my issue remains unresolved.
