I have been a loyal customer of Advance Studies for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-5247-SUK-7361) on January 18, 2019, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
