Billing discrepancy with Wellness Health Hospital medical center

On June 3, 1987, I signed up for Wellness Health Hospital's maintenance program at their Cyrilview, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $946.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ubaldo W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
