Food & Restaurants failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Food & Restaurants's equipment that I purchased on January 10, 1998 from your Borermouth, New York store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Chase M., but my issue remains unresolved.
