I purchased a solution from Bright Achievement Skills Sakai Enterprises on December 4, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Tyreek C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
